MLP Networks project
Dies ist der Bericht zu einem Programmierprojekt im Rahmen der Vorlesung CE434 Neural Networks an der Nanyang Technological University, Singapur. Im Rahmen dieses Projekts habe ich Java verwendet, um den Nutzen von Multilevel Perceptron (MLP) Networks zur Annäherung komplexer nichtlinearer Funktionen und zur Klassifizierung von Vokalformantfrequenzdaten zu erforschen.
Abstract
Several experiments using MLP networks to approximate a given function and to classify recorded vowel formant frequency data were conducted. This project report presents the background of the experiments, the construction of the networks, the modifications made to enhance performance as well as the results achieved.
