z10plugins is a series of applets (well, so far actually one applet) for Marc Liyanage's LogitechLCDTool. This tool adds support for the Logitech Z-10 speakers for Mac OS X. So far, everything is still in a rough state, so please consider all these applets beta versions.

Yahoo! weather applet

Displays weather information gathered from Yahoo! weather. You can configure the applet with your own location information and also change between metric and imperial system.

Issues: Since right now the XMLHTTPRequests seems not to be working from inside LogitechLCDTool, I use the wget utility to retrieve the weather information. You need to have it installed to use this applet. You might also need to adapt the path to wget inside the HTML file.

Clock applet

Displays a clock face on your speakers. Inside the script, you can change a variable to reverse the display or to let the clock reverse the display on every update.
